Water Street Partners buys industrial/office building in Minnesota

Twin Cities-based Water Street Partners has closed on the purchase of an industrial/office building in Savage, Minnesota, for $5.25 million.
The property includes a 45,000-square-foot building at 8925 Highway 101 Frontage Road in Savage. WSP is working with an undisclosed tenant to fully occupy the building upon the current owner/occupant vacating.
WSP is working on the acquisition of an additional asset, which will bring Water Street Fund II, LLC close to fully invested.
